The organisers of the conference Archaeology of Art. From Caves to Art Galleries: The Evolution of Visual Expression are committed to ensuring accessibility for persons with disabilities and special needs, in accordance with Polish accessibility legislation and the funding agreement for the project.

Physical accessibility
The conference will take place at the University Library in Wrocław. The conference hall is located on the ground floor and is accessible without stairs. The building is equipped with ramps, wide entrances, lifts, and accessible corridors. Accessible toilets are available.
Assistance dogs are welcome.

Digital accessibility
The conference website complies with WCAG 2.1 at level AA. It supports screen readers, appropriate contrast, scalable content, and a clear heading structure. All essential information, including the programme and registration form, is available online.

Information and communication accessibility
Conference information is provided in machine-readable text and in Polish Sign Language (PJM).
Remote access to a sign language interpreter may be provided upon request. Participants may contact the organisers via email or the accessible contact form.
